Mead is a Vice President for SVN specializing in the sale and leasing of office property throughout Chicagoland. In June of this year Mead represented the Seller and Buyer in the sale/leaseback of 311 W. Walton, a 40,000 sf office property. The Buyer in the transaction was a European investment fund. During the last few years he also represented several office building owners in sales comprising over one million square feet including 400 N. May, 405 W. Superior and the recapitalization of the 121 W. Wacker building. Mead recently represented Chicago Pacific Fund in a 21,000 sf lease at 980 N. Michigan Avenue and Accretive Health in a 50,000 sf lease at 231 S. LaSalle. With over 25 years experience, Mead has extensive landlord representation experience involving many prominent Chicago CBD buildings including 35 E. Wacker, 360 N. Michigan, 175 W. Jackson and One N. LaSalle. Mead has developed relationships with institutional and entrepreneurial investors which has proven invaluable in the successful representation of investment office property.
Prior to SVN, Mead worked in the office division of NAI Hiffman and GVA Worldwide.
Mead earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2000 and holds an Illinois Managing Broker License.
