In his 32 year career, Jim has completed more than 28 million square feet of transactions in over 650 negotiations. He began his career in commercial real estate at CB Richard Ellis, where he served as Executive Vice President/Partner for 25 years. Jim has also served as Director of Admissions, and as an English teacher, both at Boston College High School. He is a graduate of Boston College, where he received a BA and MA in English Literature.
In 2004, Jim was voted Boston Commercial Broker of The Year by The Greater Boston Real Estate Board. “Selected by general vote of his peers based upon his high ethical standards, consistently successful industry record, integrity, industry expertise, and civic and charitable involvement.”
