For my achievements in real estate, I have been awarded the International Diamond Society’s Award of Excellence for the past several years. Prior to real estate, I was an office manager for a small transportation company where I wore just about every hat in the business from sweeping floors to customer service. In my first 5 years with the transportation company, I helped take them from annual revenues of $2, 000, 000 to $5, 000, 000. I contribute this success to the relationships and trust I created with my customers and clients in knowing I could get the job done. I have taken these skills and systems that worked for me in the transportation industry and have applied them to my real estate business and have seen an average annual growth of about 25% per year. I’m a husband for over 25 years, a dad to two wonderful children, a grandfather to three gorgeous kids, and a proud Army Dad. I’m something of a backyard mechanic that doesn’t mind getting dirty and a jack of many trades. I love back-road rides on my motorcycle and cruising my 68 VW Baja Bug.
