As a founding member of Pate LaManna Commercial Real Estate, Jim
Pate was previously employed by Harsch Investment Properties from 2001 until 2011, where he was directly responsible for the acquisition, development and repositioning of over 4 million SF of retail shopping centers throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Nevada. Mr. Pate has over 25 years working with retail properties with extensive experience in site selection, development/redevelopment, sales and leasing, and portfolio management.
Prior to his employment with Harsch Investment Properties, Mr. Pate worked at RREEF and prior to that worked for CB Richard Ellis in San
Francisco and Weingarten Realty Investors in Houston.
