As founder and principal of Corporate Real Estate Solutions, James E. Raisher has over two decades of experience negotiating complex real estate transactions. He combines a straightforward, factual approach and a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate business; he is able to consistently yield the best transactions in the marketplace for his clients.
Mr. Raisher is respected by is clients for his analytical approach to the business and his broad range of skill sets in all aspects of the real estate process. His background is extensive in several areas of real estate, having represented major corporate clients in the leasing and purchasing of their facility requirements.
Mr. Raisher began his career in St. Louis with a major realty company after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Missouri. Shortly after he established his own firm, Raisher Realty and Investments where he acquired extensive analyzing and negotiating skills while acquiring investment properties for clients, as well as his own portfolio. James also provided site location, brokerage and development services for institutional real estate users. Before establishing CRES, he was a five time top producer and senior partner of a Chicago commercial real estate firm.
