Bio
Jim started his career at Bay Future in 2022. He is currently the Economic Development Manager of Bay Future, Inc., responsible for Business Retention, Expansion and Attraction in all of Bay County.
Jim is a member of Michigan Economic Developers Association, International Economic Development Council, American Society for Public Administration, and American Planning Association. He is also a proud member of the City of Bay City Planning Commission.
Jim graduated Cum Laude from Central Michigan University with a BS in Community Development and a Master of Science in Public Administration. He is also a decorated US Army Veteran with nearly ten years of active service.
Born and raised in Bay City, he loves his hometown and takes pride in promoting the area. His favorite thing to do in Bay County is to enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and attend as many of the awesome concerts and festivals he can with his wife, Leanne
