Prior to joining Santora Real Estate as a Partner and the Broker of Record James worked in real estate development for 15 years. He was the Broker of Record for Realvest Advisors and Director of Sales for O’Neill Properties Group. James has been involved in over $400 million in real estate sales. He has overseen, built, leased and sold luxury rental properties as well as condominium and new home communities. Three significant properties include Highgrove in Malvern, Corinthian in Bala Cynwyd and Carnegie Abbey just outside Newport, RI.
