After graduating from Eastern Washington University, James worked as a Chemist and Microbiologist before opening Centric Analytical Labs in Washington State.
The EPA certified water quality facility required the conversion of a standard business occupancy building to purpose built commercial laboratory where James managed the construction and modification of the the HVAC system, electrical distribution system and installation of walls, cabinetry and plumbing.
James built his business on the foundation of customer service. That critical component, coupled with his passions for software development, digital marketing and professional photography culminated in the marketing strategy the CRYE-LEIKE® Schaefer Team utilizes today.
