Born in England, James lived in England and Spain before moving to the Sunshine State. Following his move across the pond, he immersed himself in the world of real estate in both a personal and professional capacity. From working with international clients to building his property portfolio, James knows the industry inside out and has a simple goal, enabling the people of St Petersburg, FL to achieve their real estate dreams.
After joining the real estate world, James has been noted as one of the country’s up-and-coming Realtors®. In 2016 he was named a member of his previous organization's annual 30 under 30 lists, this prestigious list honors top affiliated real estate professionals under the age of 30 who have achieved early success in sales, philanthropy, and leadership.

James is an avid waterman actively involved in The St. Petersburg Sailing Association and spends as much time on a paddleboard or boat as possible. When not on the water, James takes advantage of all St. Petersburg has to offer with his wife and can often be found at the dog park with their pugs.
