Jim has been active in Commercial Real Estate for the past 17 years. His main focus throughout his career has been to form a strategic alliance with each and every client. This alliance is a partnership and with each client they work together to identify what the client’s needs are and market, they form strategic plan, execute the plan, and succeed. “ Seeing my clients achieve their real estate goals is everything to me!” Over the past 17 years, Jim has helped clients to lease, buy or sell several millions of dollars’ worth property through very aggressive marketing and strong work ethic.
