Jim has a varied background that contributes to his success in commercial real estate brokerage with Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the UNM Anderson School. Jim’s business acuity results from his engineering background complemented by the fact that he is an active investor and business owner. He has led both small and large organizations and managed budgets in excess of $100 million. This combination allows him to represent his clients with efficiency and attention to detail. He works with his clients to develop their portfolio to best suit their individual needs, whether it is investing for income, site search and selection, or acquisition and development.
Jim specializes in industrial and investment brokerage activity. He currently represents the 60,500 square foot Albuquerque Trade Center. He is active with companies and business owners on site search activities. He works on a broad range of transactions including office and warehouse leasing and sales and industrial property search and selection. Jim’s strength is his ability to analyze transactions.
