James has been in real estate for over 31-years with most of that as a managing broker. His firm was sold in late 2017. He closed over $10.5 billion in sales and over 20,000+ transactions. His focus is on sales of commercial and luxury residential real estate. He also works in Asia, primarily China and Korea.
