James’s focus is on long term site promotion and developments in the Midlands market areas.
James is a Vice President on our Development and Leasing Team. He joined Prologis in September 2010 from Gerald Eve, where he was a partner in the Planning and Development department. He has also previously worked at Slough Estates Plc (now SEGRO).
James has specialist skills in dealing with developments in their early stages undertaking strategic land promotion, site assembly and feasibility. He has obtained planning permissions on 3.5 m square foot of development in the last 3 years with a focus on the East Midlands market.
