James Yates is a Partner in the UK Capital Markets team and joined in November 2023.
He has advised a mix of clients on commercial property transactions across all UK market sectors, including Aviva, CBRE IM, Copley Point Capital, M7, and local authorities across the country.
He is responsible for leading the Capital Markets team in Yorkshire and the North East, advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial investments for clients including institutions, developers, property companies and high net worth investors.
James Yates is based at Cushman & Wakefield’s Leeds office, providing specialist investment advice to national and regional clients across the different asset classes.
