Jamie brings many years of experience in the real estate industry to Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, including over 16 years in the title industry as an examiner, closer, and marketing representative.
During her tenure, Jamie has been part of the team with developers, owners and other real estate professionals for many projects, including real estates investments, property management and conversions of units to condominiums and cooperatives. She is very active with the various local chambers and service organizations including the Rotary International of Oakland Park and Wilton Manors in Florida.
Jamie has a Real Estate license both in Florida and a Community Association Management license (Property Management) with the State of Florida. Originally from New York, Jamie earned a bachelor's degree in public accounting from IONA College in New Rochelle. Prior to her permanent move to Florida, Jamie served as National Operations Manager for six years with Pitney Bowes, CFO for over fifteen years with a title company, and six years as a Tax/Auditor Accountant for two CPA firms with extensive experience in real estate syndication. She has been actively involved with the community and public organizations, serving on several boards as an advisor and volunteer.
