Bio
Jamie has over 10 years of investment agency experience, advising a broad range of clients on acquisitions, disposals and development projects, with a focus now on UK PBSA.
Jamie joined Savills in June 2015, working in the investment team in the Belfast office, transacting across a variety of sectors including student accommodation, residential, retail, offices, food stores and industrial.
In 2020 he joined the student accommodation team, which sits within the operational capital markets division based in London. In the last 24 months, the UK student accommodation team has closed more than £7billion of transactions.
