As a former principal broker of a small, high-producing agency in downtown Portsmouth and a member of two major development teams here on the Seacoast, I know the market on the coast of New Hampshire and Maine from all sides. I’m constantly assessing the trends in the marketplace on both a local and national level to provide unique solutions to my clients.<br><br>My longevity in real estate traces back to 1970 and has led me through a multi-million dollar producing career. While my practice specializes in listing and selling real estate, I have also developed and co-developed land, built homes, and been a part of the first condominium conversion of an apartment building in Portsmouth.
