A full time realtor since 2003, Jan is pleased to have worked on the Ann Kyner Team for many years beginning in 1999. In 2010 she began working independently. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Certified Negotiation Expert, a Senior Housing Specialist, and a Residential Relocation Specialist. Janis is very proud to be a consistent recipient of the Howard Hanna Superior Quality Service Award.
In 2012 and in 2013, Janis was the Akron office Top Producer as an individual agent for the most homes sold with 42 and 45 successes respectively, and she is a mega-million dollar producer. She is also a recipient of the National Sales Excellence Award putting her in the top 5% of realtors nationally and of the OAR 2015 Presidents Sales Club Award of Distinction.
She attended Bowling Green State University majoring in Mathematics, and Kent State University, majoring in Business Administration. She truly enjoys working with and acquiring new "friends" and helping them with one of their most major transactions, the sale or purchase of their home.
