Since earning her real estate license in 2001 and joining her father, sister and aunt in real estate, Jannay has enjoyed helping hundreds of families realize their dreams and feels that her outgoing personality and attention to detail are great matches for her career as a real estate professional. Of equal importance is her absolute love for Sacramento, a historic town known for its high density of trees, Folsom Lake, American River, Sacramento River and Sacramento Delta, downtown and old Sacramento, in addition to the fact that Sacramento is located within two hours of Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Napa Valley.
She works with many types of clients, from novice to experienced, representing Sacramento area buyers and sellers of single family homes, duplexes, condos and townhomes, including bank owned, short sales and equity sales in both resale and new home communities. Furthermore, she is a Certified Relocation Specialist, helping families transferring in and out of the area due to a work related transfer. She is proud to say that more than 85% of her business each year comes from returning customers, their family and their friends. Her goal is to continue growing her business and earning the recommendations of people who know her, who appreciate her level of professionalism, and who want to ensure the people they know have rewarding real estate experiences.
Born and raised in Sacramento, she currently resides in Fair Oaks with her husband Bill, otheir son Easton and twin boys Hudson and Grayson. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in Small Group and Interpersonal Communication from CSU Sacramento, taking courses at Menlo College, American River College and Sacramento City College along the way, after graduating from Del Campo High School.
Aside from real estate, her passions include travel, health and fitness, food and dining, and giving to the community, which are further enhanced when joined by her family and friends. She has traveled both nationally and internationally, placing Italy and Costa Rica at the top of her list of favorite places visited. While she enjoys running and biking along the American River trails, practicing yoga and participating in general outdoor activities, her childhood pastimes included soccer, softball, basketball, volleyball and Camp Fire. And, she truly enjoys dining at frequent many local restaurants throughout the area.
As Chairman of the Fundraising Committee for CENTURY 21 Select, she spearheads events benefiting Easter Seals Superior California, where she serves on the Board of Governors.
