Jarad M. Winter joined Newmark in 2018 and currently serves as a Director at the firm’s New York headquarters. As a member of the leasing team led by Vice Chairman William G. Cohen, Winter represents a landlord agency portfolio comprising approximately 4 million square feet of commercial office space. Among the prestigious owners and properties that Winter and the team represent are The Wilf Family/Skyline Developers at 1040 Avenue of the Americas, 20 West 55th Street and 265 Madison Avenue; RPW Group at 275 Madison Avenue; The Fishel Family/Renaissance Properties at 632 Broadway, 264 West 40th Street and 62 West 45th Street; HSP Real Estate at 251 West 30th Street; Kamber Management at 15 West 37th Street; and Neil Joffe/Tower 39 Associates at 589 Eighth Avenue, 333 West 39th Street and 353 West 39th Street. Winter also specializes in Tenant Representation, and to date has completed more than 600,000 square feet in transactions for clients.
Prior to Newmark, Winter worked as a Tenant Representation Advisor at Colliers International in New York City. He previously held a position at ATCO, a family-owned and operated, full-service real estate organization, representing the family’s commercial real estate properties in Manhattan and representing tenants. He began his career in New York City real estate in 2011 at a boutique tenant representation brokerage firm, where his efforts were essential to the growth of the business.
Winter began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2008 while attending the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. He moved to New York City after graduating in 2010.
Winter lives in Manhattan and is a fan of the New York Yankees. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach and exploring the Catskills.
