Jared Schwartz joined Studley (now Savills) in 2011. As a senior consultant that supports Savills nationwide, Jared provides strategic and analytic insights derived from a broad scope of experience. His tenacious work ethic has enabled him to rise quickly in the industry. With more than 12 years of intensive real estate experience, Jared advises his clients on structuring ideal real-estate transactions to maximize important benefits including cash-flow optimization and GAAP/financial statement enhancement.
