Jared Shapiro is an Associate and member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group. He specializes in advisory and transactional services on multi-tenant retail and net-leased properties throughout the northern Midwest region, with a particular focus on assets located in the four-state region comprising Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
Jared joined the Patton | Wiles | Fuller Group in 2018 after a successful 15-year career in medical device sales and has quickly gained significant experience in the analysis and sale of neighborhood retail strips, unanchored and grocery-anchored community shopping centers, and single-tenant net-leased retail assets including casual dining restaurants, fast food, and banks. His clients include numerous family trusts, private investors, and regional real estate companies who have found him to have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for delivering results on challenging assignments.
Born and raised in Michigan, Jared received his Bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Ferris State University in Big Rapids and currently resides in Cleveland with his wife, Kim, and three children.
