In June 2021, Jarett was appointed to lead the Phoenix regional team for Cousins Properties as Vice President and Director. In this role, he has responsibility for leasing, property operations, investments and business development in the Phoenix market.
Jarett joined Cousins in 2018 and most recently served as an Associate in the Investments team. Jarett played a key role in growing the Company's footprint in Phoenix, Austin, and Dallas through acquisitions, dispositions, new developments, asset management and corporate strategy.
Before joining Cousins, Jarett worked for Morgan Stanley in their Real Estate Investing group where he closed on over half a billion dollars of office transactions.
