As a member of the GTA Office Tenant Representation team, Mr. Bogler’s core focus is office leasing and investment. Mr. Bogler advocates on behalf of tenants, facilitating the management of occupancy costs and the execution of lease transactions.
Mr. Bogler has experience with all aspects of office leasing and investment sales. He is well versed in working with clients to create leasing strategies for office tenants to ensure maximum return on their real estate investments
Though Mr. Bogler’s focus is on the occupier side of the business, his knowledge of the “Tenant Universe” allows him to deliver a unique perspective and take an innovative approach to landlords/owners for office leasing listing assignments and property acquisition/disposition strategies.
