A native of Roslyn, NY, Jason Abrishami spent much of his free time while growing up exploring the neighborhoods of New York City and Brooklyn. Earning a degree in business management & finance from Brooklyn College, Jason first entered real estate with a position at Keller Williams, one of the world’s largest real estate brokerages. During his time with their broker program, he conceived and created a website that generated substantial traffic and clients. A subsequent stint in leasing administration with Rise BK netted $23 million in transactions for the company. Eager to enter the world of real estate sales, Jason joined Douglas Elliman in 2017 and became part of the Minsky/Abrishami Team in 2018. Based out of the company's Fort Greene office in Brooklyn, he serves the Brooklyn and Manhattan neighborhoods he has come to know so well in addition to select properties throughout Long Island.
Since joining forces with Jerry Minsky, Jason has developed a client-focused skill set that helps buyers hone their search processes. Adept at negotiating on buyers’ behalf, he has also helped investors identify new opportunities and grow their portfolios in both residential and commercial. His work with sellers helps establish solidly researched comps, set the highest possible prices, and achieve record-breaking turnaround with some properties achieving sale within weeks of listing. From preparing rental and sales analysis to reviewing the upside potential of properties, on and off-market, Jason’s primary focus is on client satisfaction and providing the best return on investment in the business.
