Jason Bernardi joined Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, Inc. Brokerage Services Group in 2005. Mr. Bernardi specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the Philadelphia Central Business District. Since 2005, Mr. Bernardi has worked on numerous transactions in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Based on client needs and space requirements, he provides information to assist them in identifying viable leasing strategies and evaluate various real estate options. Such information includes detailed building and space specifications, submarket analysis, and financial modeling. Mr. Bernardi also monitors leasing, sales, and development activity across the region to analyze how those trends may affect his clients. Mr. Bernardi is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds a M.S. in Real Estate from New York University with a concentration in Finance and Investment.
