After working over a decade in retail operations management, Jason shifted his career focus in 2007 to real estate. He is regarded as an experienced leader in relationship building, analytical problem solving, and performance management. Jason specializes in the acquisition, sale, and lease of office/retail facilities, multi-family properties (8+ units), and vacant land development. His diverse viewpoints make him a strong partner and collaborator in seeking different perspectives and ideas to help achieve strategic goals. Jason is also passionate about being active within the community in which he works and lives. He currently serves on a number of boards and commissions, including the High Point Economic Development Corp., Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART), and High Point City Council.
