Jason is the Founder of Sturbridge Commercial Real Estate, launching the company in September 2022 after a 20-year career in the retail commercial real estate brokerage business. In that time, Jason has been one of the most prolific, comprehensively knowledgeable, and recognized retail brokers in the Houston market. He has arranged and signed over 5,000,000 square of total lease space, sold $80,000,000 of shopping centers and land parcels, and has been awarded a Costar Power Broker award 12 times.
Previously, Jason served as the Retail Division head of Partners Commercial (formerly NAI Partners) where he created the retail division in 2016. Prior, he served as Senior Vice President with Hunington Properties, a Portfolio Manager and head of leasing team with Global Fund Investments, 5 years with Henry S. Miller Commercial, and started as a rookie with Trammell Crow Company in 2003.
Jason brings years of situational experience in leasing and sales, nearly absolute knowledge of shopping center operations, and notoriously high energy. The culture of Sturbridge seeks to mirror those levels of industry knowledge, sense of urgency, and focused execution.
