Jason Gordon is one of the most active brokers in Southern California and considered a leading expert in the retail real estate field. He has represented many of the countries’ largest and most successful retailers taking them to a place of preeminence in the Southern California market. His expertise and dedication in serving these clients have made him one of California’s most respected retail brokers. As a partner at Epsteen & Associates, Mr. Gordon has created a platform of excellence and leads team Epsteen in providing their clients with premier service with all of their real estate needs.
Mr. Gordon has vast transactional experience. In his 32 years at Epsteen & Associates he has negotiated over 3,000 transactions, on behalf of his clients, with a total lease value in excess of 5 Billion dollars. He also has been active in the sale of both single tenant buildings and shopping centers throughout the region. Mr. Gordon has been continuously recognized for his strong work ethic and top level client service as well as his excellence in the industry. He has received Top Broker awards from Starbucks Coffee, and Ross Dress for Less as well as from numerous landlords including the Irvine Company, LNR, Newhall Land, Lewis Retail Company.
Mr. Gordon is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Urban Planning. Jason lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife Patty and their three children.
