Executive Managing Director Jason T. Greenstein is an integral member of President of the New York Tri-State Region David A. Falk’s team. Since joining Newmark in 2001, Greenstein has provided strategic real estate advisory services to both tenants and owners worldwide.
With a focus predominantly on tenant representation, Greenstein has met the real estate needs of numerous prominent corporations, including:

MidOcean Partners – 38,000 SF at 245 Park Avenue
Deutsch (IPG) – 40,000 SF at 357 Park Avenue South

Greenstein was also involved in the leasing of the entire building at 200 Lafayette Street to JC Penney for 110,000 SF and 837 Washington Street to Samsung for 45,000 SF.
Prior to joining Newmark, Greenstein worked in the asset management division for Salomon Smith Barney Inc.
