Jason Gundersen, the eldest grandchild of Ivar Gundersen, the company's founder, started working at Ivar's Displays after Serving as a Sergeant in the US Army in 1996. Jason went on to study at Mt. San Antonio College, before transferring to Cal Poly Pomona, to study Business Marketing. Jason and his wife Cyndi Gundersen enjoy spending time boating at the River, with their four children.
