Bio
Jason Karadus is consistently recognized as one the top brokers in New York City and the nation, excelling in luxury real estate sales and development in Manhattan and the Hudson Valley for 20 years. Jason's experience with buyers and sellers in both markets is extensive and his business is built on a continuously growing network of referrals from satisfied clients.
Jason has also worked closely and exclusively with industry's most prominent real estate developers on both 'ground-up' and conversion projects for over 10 years. Most recently, he was Extell's Sales Director for Central Park Tower, the world's tallest residential building with a projected $5 billion-dollar sellout, the biggest in US history.
Prior to that, Jason was Sales Director for The Charles, located on the Upper Eastside. Sales at The Charles broke all-time sales records for any project east of Third Avenue, including a $59 million-dollar penthouse. Jason has worked exclusively on real estate development projects for Bluerock, Victor Homes, Magnum, Sorgente Group, Aore Capital, Moinian Group, Morabito Properties, Mitchell Marks and well as others.
Prior entering real estate, Jason worked for 11 years as a precious/semi-precious stone dealer in the Diamond Districts of Los Angeles and New York. It was there that he fine-tuned his skills in negotiating as well as luxury marketing and sales.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Jason has lived in Europe and Los Angeles, but has affectionately called the Manhattan neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen/Columbus Circle home for 25 years. He splits his time between NYC and Rhinebeck, NY, where he also works with city-based clients who have or seek a home in the Hudson Valley. It is Jason's boundless passion for both New York City and The Hudson Valley that ultimately drives him to help others find a place to call home.
