Jason serves his existing clientele providing Consulting & Brokerage Services for Leasing, Investment Real Estate Transactions & Tenant Representation. He has substantial experience seeking value add opportunities nationwide for all clientele. Having approximately twenty plus years of sales experience, customer service & communication skills which have been developed through a number of executive / sales / service / c-level positions.
Jason joined Magnum Realty, Inc. in 2011. Previously working with a national real estate group for 5 years as a Broker, successfully marketing 5.9 million SF of Commercial Real Estate Properties. Native to Omaha - Nebraska, very familiar with the Nebraska Commercial Real Estate Market & Economic Opportunities. Prior to working the Omaha - Nebraska Real Estate Market, he was involved extensively with the marketing efforts of a private commercial real estate company in Ohio, encompassing 5,500 Multi - Family Apartment Units & 6.5 million SF of Retail Shopping Centers.
Afterwards, worked with several Fortune 500 companies on the West Coast & did executive-level recruiting, consulting for a local financial services company in Omaha. Jason is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Nebraska, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Jason attended The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communications with a minor in Psychology.
