As a Director of Project Management for CBRE in Newport Beach, Jason Mundy is responsible for managing all aspects of occupier projects and the delivery of services, including: transaction and lease negotiation support, planning, design and construction coordination, furniture and equipment procurement. His 15+ years of experience in the design, leasing, and construction industry contributes to the strength of the Project Management Group.
Jason started his career with CBRE in the Chicago market in 2013 and specialized in investor repositioning, completing the redevelopment of a 900,000 SF office building in downtown Chicago. He then shifted his focus to the occupier side both in the Chicago and Greater Los Angeles markets working with several prominent media clientele and CBRE office renovations. His most recent experience is working on one of our prominent GWS accounts from 2017 to 2020.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2013, Jason worked as an office broker Chicago and as an architect both in Chicago and Florida. His project experience includes civic, office, mixed-use, multi-family, and senior living developments, from programming through design and construction execution.
