Jason Ortiz is a Vice President at CBRE, based in the Fort Collins office. With nearly two decades of real estate experience, he has been actively serving clients since 2005. Jason specializes in the sales of multitenant and single tenant investment properties, demonstrating his expertise and dedication to assisting clients in achieving their investment goals.
Throughout his career, Jason has developed an extensive knowledge of the Mountain West region, which has proven invaluable in supporting his clients. He has consistently been a top producer, taking great pride in employing creative strategies to assist clients with their real estate investments. His proficiency in navigating 1031 exchanges has resulted in an extensive history of successfully sourcing the best deals for his buyer clients. Jason prides himself in being able to find the right investments for his clients, whether they are on the market or not. Jason's vast database and network, cultivated over nearly two decades, provide a significant advantage in identifying and acquiring off-market deals.
Prior to his real estate career, Jason honed his leadership skills as a volunteer missionary in Santiago, Chile, for two years. During this time, he became fluent in Spanish and led numerous volunteers in their efforts to help and serve communities throughout South America. This experience instilled in him a deep appreciation for the selflessness and generosity of the Chilean people, which has served as a solid foundation in his life. Jason remains committed to giving back and actively seeks ways to volunteer, bringing a sense of balance to his life.
In addition to his exceptional focus on client satisfaction, Jason firmly believes that real estate investments should not be a tedious and stressful experience. Outside of work, Jason finds joy in balancing his professional life with his love for his family. Together with his wife Deanna and their three sons—Connor, Jacob, and Logan—they share a passion for cars, basketball, motorsports, and outdoor activities.
