His primary responsibilities include working with a network of brokers and underwriting potential investment and sale/leaseback transactions, closing on opportunities under contract, the disposition of Agracel’s available properties, and the development of the company’s commercial projects.
Mr. Runde came to Agracel in 2015 as a Development Analyst at the Corporate Office in Effingham, Illinois. Prior to joining Agracel, Jason was in the lending & special assets departments at a local community bank.
Jason is an Associate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He’s served in various capacities for civic organizations in his hometown, including the Teutopolis Educational Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, he’s taken on leadership roles for Village of Teutopolis events & local high school sports functions committees, among others.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
