Born and raised in Manhattan, Jason Shand is a bona fide New Yorker inside and out. Having travelled and experienced the world many times over, his passion for his hometown has remained a constant. Having worn a few different hats prior to his real estate career from being a touring singer/songwriter to managing a nightclub to being an account manager for a graphic design firm, Jason has met many people from different walks of life.
