JASON TELLER, founder and managing partner of DHD Ventures, is based in Charlotte, NC. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development where he has been instrumental in the planning, construction, and operation of regional malls, mixed-use developments, and retail centers. His expertise is extensive, having been involved each facet of the development process from the right to build through construction, management and leasing.

Jason’s achievements include construction, rehabilitation, and management of a variety of commercial and residential properties. Jason has presided over projects ranging from $1 million to $500 million, and maintains his method for success regardless of the size of the project.
