Bio
Jason Vitorino, Managing Partner of SUMMIT RE, specializes exclusively in retail investment sales, representing both single-tenant and multi-tenant properties across Texas and the greater Southwest. Over the course of his career, Jason has closed more than 1,500 transactions totaling over $6 billion in sales, consistently ranking among the top-producing agents in Texas and nationwide.
In 2015, driven by an entrepreneurial vision, Jason founded the Vitorino Group. Under his leadership, the firm quickly became a leading force in retail investment sales. Guided by a steadfast commitment to client-focused service and strong ethical values, the team’s rapid growth led to a strategic rebrand and expand their footprint in the commercial real estate industry under the new name STRIVE.
After eight years of record-breaking performance, Jason sold STRIVE in 2025. Shortly thereafter, he partnered with industry professionals Adam Gottschalk & Hudson Lambert to launch Summit RE, a firm built around serving their core client base and advancing a cutting-edge technology platform poised to transform the commercial real estate space. Today, with more than 20 top-producing agents, Summit RE continues to lead the market throughout Texas, neighboring states, and now Southern California.
Jason began his career at Marcus & Millichap in Dallas, where he rose quickly to the title of Senior Vice President and ranked consistently among the top 1% of producers nationwide. Over his 13-year tenure, he earned 7 Chairman’s Club Awards, 12 National Achievement Awards, and 13 consecutive Sales Recognition Awards.
Originally from Boston, Jason graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. A standout athlete, he served as assistant captain of the UMaine hockey team that won the 1999 NCAA Division I National Championship and in 2025 was inducted into the University of Maine Sports Hall of Fame.
Jason and his wife, Alisa, live in Frisco, Texas, where they enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. They are proud parents of 3 children: daughters Skylar Gisele and Taylor Isabela, and son Hudson Cristiano.
