Bio
Jason has spent his twenty-year career representing tenants exclusively. He works with his clients to create an asset out of their office space as they work to build culture and attract top talent.
Since 2002, Jason has participated in more than 400 transactions totaling 6.0 million square feet. Prior to joining JLL, Jason spent eight years in the Chicago and San Francisco offices of Studley, Inc. (now Savills). He was a member of a three -person group in line to assume day-to-day management responsibilities for the Studley’s Chicago office, which generates approximately $25MM in annual revenue. Jason practiced law for three years at the firm of Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey in Chicago, IL specializing in real estate and commercial litigation.
Mr. Volpe has volunteered on behalf of a number of charitable and non-profit organizations including Lava Mae and Bay Area Youth and Family Services. Jason lives with his two children in Oakland, CA and enjoys playing tennis, hiking, cycling, cooking and attending live music events.
