Jason Watt serves as President and Founder for TenantView in the Washington DC metro area. Jason has been in the commercial real estate industry for 23 years, with a long track record of success in representing office and industrial tenants on both a local and national level. TenantView, a corporate “occupier only” real estate advisory company working with small to mid-cap companies with multiple locations across the country. Mr. Watt has served in production, management, and leadership roles in commercial real estate since 2001. In the initial stage of his career, he played a key role in the creation and implementation of the largest service delivery models in commercial real estate with corporations such as Bank of America (45M RSF), ExxonMobil (14M RSF), American Express (9M RSF), and Sprint/Nextel (12M RSF). Later, Jason was responsible for research for nine office markets in the southeast. Since that time, he has serviced in a variety of roles supporting the execution of complex real estate transactions. Jason resides in Washington, DC. He is a passionate urban dweller and spends his free time in the gym, on his airhead BMW, or reading the latest in economics and finance.
