He represents Landlords and Tenants who are national brands, franchises, and small operations in multiple sectors including Retail, Industrial, and Hospitality. Currently based in West Coast Commercial Realty's Beverly Hills office, he spent several years in the Seattle office and works with clients across multiple states. Jaxson is licensed and active in Washington, California and Montana, and has consistently been a top producer within his brokerage as well as the regions he is active in as a recipient of multiple CoStar Power Broker quarterly awards. Jaxson builds lasting relationships with his clients as well as with cooperating brokers and transacting parties, bringing a vast network of connections to each transaction. Client service and constant communication are Jaxson's top priorities.
As a former retail business owner and corporate sales and marketing leader, Jaxson offers a unique mix of business and real estate experience to his clients. Jaxson spent twelve years in the travel and hospitality industries, during which time he enjoyed building teams and forming strategic partnerships. Early in his career, he managed marketing programs for nineteen locations across the West Coast with hospitality giant, Wyndham. Later, as an Expedia franchise owner, Jaxson opened three retail travel agencies and reached profitability for each store in record time, winning top franchisee awards each year. After selling his travel business, he found that real estate was the perfect fit for his service-first approach.
