Before real estate, J Arlegui started a corporate career in Southern California after graduating college at 19, followed by an executive position with the same company in NYC/NJ. He left the corporate world in the late 90s and moved to Charlotte, NC, to be closer to family. Resilient is a word that resonates with him, and he understands the value of hard work, independence, and perseverance. He started a successful internet cafe and a pottery studio. He pursued his passion for investing in real estate, and in 2006 he got his license in real estate, making him one of Charlotte's recognized, respected, and successful real estate agents.
J Arlegui has expanded his real estate business in central coast California for several years and resides in Arroyo Grande. He covers the quaint beach and wine country area of San Luis Obispo and the surrounding cities of Santa Barbara County.
He attends annual educational workshops to enhance his ability to represent his client. He is a certified coach and trainer for The John Maxwell Team and Certified in the Abelson DISC assessment. He was the Chairperson of the Asian-American Diversity Council for two consecutive years and holds a GRI, CIPS, e-Pro, ABR, SFR, CLHMS, Million Dollar Guild, and SPS designations.
