Jay H. Avirom, Real Estate Broker’s License # 00381805, has been licensed is broker since 1973 and President of Avirom Realty since 1978. Avirom Realty specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and investment real estate. He is also the President of AIM Property Services, a property management company that manages commercial, oUice and residential
properties. In addition, he has acted as a developer for commercial and residential projects.
He has negotiated leases with National, Regional, and local Tenants on behalf of Property Owners. He was President of the Montebello District Association of Realtors for the years 2014,2009 and 2005 and has served as a State Director for the California Association of Realtors since 2004.
