Jay Baker joined their construction division, Alliance Property Development, in 2008 as the Assistant Project Manager. In January 2014, Mr. Baker was named Sr. Vice President of Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services and Sr. Vice President of Alliance Property Development.
He has managed various types of projects including retail, warehouse, and office buildings ranging from small tenant finishes to large remodels around the Oklahoma City metro area. Jay has completed jobs for several different entities including AT&T, Little Caesars Pizza, Supercuts, and Security Self Storage.
Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University where he was member of the Financial Management Association. Jay is a licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Sales Associate, participates in Greater Oklahoma City Chamber events and is pursuing his CCIM designation.
