Jay Gomez is a senior vice president in the FGK team at CBRE, Inc.
Jay’s real estate practice specializes in private clients who purchase and sell shopping centers, NNN properties, redevelopment opportunities, and 1031 exchange properties.
During his 16-year career Jay has successfully participated in over $3 billion dollars in closed commercial real estate transactions.
Jay has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and a Certificate in Performance Leadership from Cornell University. He also has professional affiliations with ICSC, ULI, ASVB.
Fun Facts: Competed in the Molokai to Oahu paddle championships 3 times. Former College Soccer Player for the University of Washington. U.S. Soccer A-license coach.
Hobbies: Paddling, surfing, golf, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and coaching youth soccer.
