Jay began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2007. Before that, he owned a successful commercial equipment distributorship calling on industrial users throughout the valley. With this experience, he has acquired an expansive knowledge of the industrial market and industry requirements. His hands-on experience with end-users allows him a better understanding of their leasing and purchasing requirements.
