Jay Pouzar first joined CBRE in downtown Chicago in 1981. He has been working the Northern Indiana market since 1992. With over 30 years in commercial leasing and property sales, Jay has an exceptional understanding of the real estate market in the northern Indiana - Lake, Porter, LaPorte, St. Joseph and Elkhart counties. As a specialist in tenant representation, investment sales and real estate consultation, Jay is able to advise his clients of unique real estate developments and investment opportunities. Jay works out of the CBRE Indianapolis office, but is based in LaPorte, Indiana.
