Jay was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and relocated to The Woodlands, Texas in 2008. He obtained his license to sell real estate in the state of Texas in 2009. In 2014, Jay co-founded Zarco Properties which has been one of the most successful boutique real estate brokerages in The Woodlands over the last decade. Jay and his wife Mickela, along with their three sons Jackson, Jameson, and Captain are very happy to call The Woodlands home. They feel extremely fortunate to live in such a family friendly community.
