Bio
Jay is an integral member of the company’s investment management team responsible for acquisition and asset management of over $185 million in value-added office assets on behalf of a major U.S. corporate pension fund. Jay joined Madison Marquette with the 2019 merger of The Roseview Group. Jay has been involved in all aspects of the company’s investment and advisory work including advising clients through investment banking activities and strategic portfolio asset sales.
Jay started his real estate career at Morgan Stanley in the portfolio management and asset management departments. There, he was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 21 multi-family, retail and office assets worth more than $1 billion. From there he joined the acquisitions group and played a key role in completing $541 million of successful real estate transactions, including value-added hospitality, office development, and land investments. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jay practiced for eight years as an architect for public and private clients.
